Look your best and keep it real! M.A.C. well-loved new products always make us feel good, offering you better value and smarter ways to grab them all home. To effectively drive new product awareness, deliver product samples to target customers and collect customer feedback on new products, M.A.C. was looking for well-established O2O solutions, if it could optimize the CRM effects and deliver promotional messages by omnichannel marketing. Ultimately, M.A.C. aims at driving sales of the new line of products in a short period.

Strategy

Kontec developed a series of creative O2O solutions by firstly setting up a campaign site with a registration form, encouraging the target audience to register for samples. At the same time, we were collecting customers’ information for CRM purposes, in order to remind them by SMS automation and scheduling. By accurate data tracking and analysis, we could understand customers’ behavior and habits for remarketing. We deliberately set up a product review section with collections of users’ comments, so M.A.C.  could easily obtain clients’ reviews by CRM database and backend installation.
