Have you discovered checkpoints hidden in Home Square and grabbed your instant rewards yet? As the largest one-stop home furnishing shopping mall in Hong Kong, Home Square features an exceptional and wide range of world-class home furnishing brands. In the Christmas season of 2019, Home Square was willing to drive offline footprints to boost sales and increase mall awareness. However, customers at that stage did not recognize the tenants or identity of Home Square. To reinforce her connection with customers, the value and message of exclusive experiences that only Home Square could bring should be emphasized through one-stop marketing strategies.

Strategy

Aimed at driving sales to the merchants through incentive technological solutions and converting online footprints into sales revenue, Kontec designed a seamless digital experience for Home Square, by leveraging the campaign site, creating customized dozers and installing in-mall check-points. We paid tribute to the treasure hunt game and led the customers to have a deeper understanding of the whole mall.

Mall visitors could go to various checkpoints located at different corners of the mall and collect all of the e-tokens for the redemption of shopping rewards. Not only could the customers enjoy an impressive and sparkling Christmas journey, but also could the tenants of Home Square benefit from the remarkable and easy growth of sales revenue. Kontec paid off in building up a campaign site with a redemption system, as well as developing interactive installations to enhance conversion while the paid media budget was zero.
