Fortress –Life is a TechVenture
Story:
AR experience is an emerging technology and a versatile solution that is often utilized by retailers or exhibitions to create an engaging experience for visitors to interact with. While Fortress’s young label, TechLife, has become a standalone store in K11 MUSEA, it needs a creative marketing solution that could stimulate its new store opening campaign and create a refreshing experience for newcomers.
Strategy:
The ultimate goal of this campaign was not only to drive foot traffic and purchases in the new store but also to showcase the youthful brand image of Fortress. Therefore, we developed a creative plan to create an “AR hunting mobile game” that gamified activities in-store and used e-coupons as incentives. On one hand, this allowed us to provide an interactive and engaging experience in-store, showcasing a refreshing image for Fortress, while also collecting data that helps us understand customers’ buying practices, retarget specific segments, and refine our social strategies. It serves as a perfect example of how we integrate technology into advertising campaigns that could facilitate our marketing strategy.
